Since 2017, Peach on Beach – STAY KITE GOLF has its homebase in Cape Town, South Africa and operates three divisions from its highly acclaimed Peach on Beach Boutique Guesthouse: STAY – Boutique Accommodation, KITE – Boutique Kitesurfing School, GOLF – Boutique Golf Safaris. Development of our second Peach on Beach – STAY KITE GOLF base in Hermanus is under way. Stay tuned for updates!

is our promise to You. We believe, everybody likes to be challenged from time to time. We provide safe and secure challenges in a boutique / total comfort environment. We aim at guests who like to complement their challenges with a boutique and luxury stay. Our challenges range from learning / improving to kitesurf, mastering golf and playing some of the best golf courses in the world to shark cage diving or paragliding, to conquering the top of Table Mountain or tasting the best wines in South Africa. Heidi & Peter:
Heidi and Peter, the Peach Tribe Leaders have been in international luxury hotel, tourism and project management for more than 25 years, are of Swiss and Asian origin, have worked in Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa and are passionate Gourmet Golfers and Kite Surfers.
Peter was in senior/general management positions in the luxury hotel industry – Hilton, Mandarin Oriental and Accor – and as general manager with Nestlé before setting up his own Peach International Hospitality Consulting Company at the beginning of 2000. Peter was involved in many hotel, resort, restaurant and coffee shop projects all over China for 17 years. Peter was Chairman of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Beijing for 8 years and Chancelier (National Vice-President) of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in China, as well.
Heidi has studied Psychology and English Language Teaching near London and was running her English / Chinese Language and After School Training Centre in Beijing, China for 15 years. She is proficient in teaching Tai Chi, Chinese Tea Ceremony and Calligraphy as well.
Heidi & Peter owned a trend-setting Gourmet Restaurant & Cooking School and an English / Chinese Language and After School Training Centre in China before settling in South Africa.
Both Heidi & Peter are keen chefs and foodies – happy to share some cooking, barista, wine or mixology tips with you. They are enthusiastic kite surfers, as well.
Peter plays golf since he is 8 years old and has been competing on national and international level in Switzerland and in the UAE (for Emirates Golf Club in Dubai). He was a scratch player before and is now nurturing a low single Handicap, working on getting back to scratch or better. Peter is currently member at Atlantic Beach Links in Cape Town, Hermanus Golf Club in Hermanus – both in South Africa – and Lucerne Golf Club in Switzerland.

Peach Tribe is our platform to bring together all of you who are interested in what Peach on Beach is doing - be it STAY KITE or GOLF enthusiasts - you are all welcome, be it old or future friends of ours. We keep you posted on all current developments, events, specials and other unique opportunities exclusive to our Peach Tribe members, eg. wave camps and master classes with DUOTONE pro-riders, golf camp with PGA professionals, gourmet golf outings
with Peter, Peach academy cooking classes, gourmet braai and brunches, Chinese hot pot evenings, Swiss Fondue and Raclette parties.
Peach Academy:
Heidi is offering Mandarin Chinese and English classes – either face to face or online. She has a 20-year track record in teaching hundreds of children and adults very successfully with her own method which focuses on being able to speak very quickly and getting good foundations at the same time.
We offer cooking classes at our show kitchen in our Peach on Beach Boutique Guesthouse. We got facilities to hold cooking classes (kitchen parties) for up to 20 guests, where everybody is involved in learning, cooking and eating. With our background in food and beverage and having had a restaurant and cooking school in China, we can cater to many different tastes and interests – from traditional European to Asian fusion dishes, from Chinese to Swiss specialties, from Italian woodfired pizza classes to African food creations (with local experts).
